You will usually first contact one of our front desk (reception) staff by telephone. They may ask the reason for your telephone call. They have been trained for this and, like doctors, are bound by professional secrecy.

For most medical questions you should come for a consultation. You should also consult us for prescriptions or test results. In some cases, this is determined differently by the doctor in question and a time will be agreed when it is best to call, in order to cause as little disruption as possible to the consultation that is currently in progress.
